SINGLE SESSION 150 SGD
If you’re still unsure which option is right for you, you can start with a trial Strength for Women or Embodied Breathsession.
At $150, this session gives you the opportunity to experience my approach and better understand my working methodology.
Alternatively, you may choose a one-time VALD assessment at $249. If you decide to sign up for any package within one week of the assessment, you will receive a $50 credit toward your package, bringing the assessment cost down to $199 for package holders.
For optimal results, I recommend at least one session per week to build consistency and support steady progress. If you are travelling or unable to attend in person, online sessions are also available so you can continue your practice and stay supported wherever you are.
