A woman with long brown hair and tattoos, sitting cross-legged on a wooden floor in a minimalistic room, smiling at the camera.

I’m Marta GLOWACKA. A lifelong student of yoga, teacher, personal trainer, mother, and founder of ‘Breathing Practice’.

My path has been shaped by over two decades of movement, breath, and self-discovery—woven with the wisdom of daily practice and the realities of life. I believe movement should feel empowering, not exhausting — and that your breath holds the key to feeling more connected, calm, and strong in your body.

Through a gentle blend of strength & conditioning training, breathwork, and yoga, I help busy women and professionals slow down, build resilience, and reconnect with themselves in a deeper way.

If you’re ready to feel stronger, softer, and more at home in your body, I’d love to guide you there.

my experience & CERTIFICATION

Movement and breath have been my lifelong teachers, guiding me toward strength, balance, and ease. For over 10 years, I’ve been guiding clients through yoga, breathwork, and personal training—always with a focus on balance, well-being, and sustainable progress. For more than a decade, I’ve been also traveling to India to study the science of yoga and breath, weaving ancient wisdom with modern practices to support the people I work with.

Living in Singapore since 2018, I co-founded Yoga Nilayam Studio, a space dedicated to community, mindfulness, and growth. Since 2022 I have been additionally working as Personal Trainer. My approach is gentle yet empowering—helping you build strength, move with freedom, and connect more deeply with yourself.

Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time, returning to movement after an injury, or looking to deepen your practice, I’m here to walk beside you, with kindness and care.
