COMPREHENSIVE PHYSICAL ASSESMENT
In just 60 minutes, I will guide you through a comprehensive physical assessment using Dynamo Plus and Force Decks from VALD, technology trusted by top health and sports professionals worldwide. Together, we’ll look at your strength, balance, and mobility to uncover where your body is strong and where it may need more support. This one-time test, charged at 289 SGD will be conducted by me at one of the Core Collective outlets and will give you a clear, personalised picture of how your body moves, helping you train smarter, prevent injuries, and feel more confident in your everyday activities.
A LA CARTE
I offer packages of 5, 10, 20, and 50 sessions, giving you the flexibility to choose what suits you best.
For the greatest benefit, I recommend scheduling at least one session per week. And if you’re traveling, we can always meet online — so there’s never a reason to miss the opportunity to take care of yourself and keep progressing.
